The greatest rock DJ of them all, and my main inspiration, Tommy Vance was sadly taken from us far too early,, but for many of us of a certain age, Friday night was Radio 1 night, as his bassy tones would bring us music that was a must hear, new bands and albums that we went on to support and purchase. This second show will have songs and bands I heard for the first time thanks to TV on the Radio, but also, if I can arrange it, a full FRS with Tommy doing what he did best.
