Further to our recent announcement re the possible open air event for next August 31st, when we've looked at it, sadly our logistics say we can't do it- there wouldn't be enough staff in the immediate run up to make sure we could stay on top of it.
Rest assured we will be doing it in 2020 (already at work on it!!), AND this does not mean we won't be having a get together.... so we are proud to present...

We've hired the function room at The Eastfield Arms in Athersley for the day (still Saturday Aug 31st) and we have it til midnight- AND some of the DJs will provide music and banter throughout.
As we need to do our annual take over the world meet, please arrive from 4pm. The Eastfield Arms has a great menu that is very inexpensive and we will be taking pre-orders for dinner for around 7pm in the weeks before. They also have a very good selection of booze that is also very inexpensive!
The event is FREE and there are local hotels nearby that are also cheap.
