It's a 50th show folks so you know what that means... time to relive a classic show featuring the King of Rock Radio, the legendary Tommy Vance!

So the timing are as follows:

• 7pm: BRS Kicks off

• 715pm: The Friday Rock Show 21st December 1979 with The Moody Blues and the then new band Terra Nova in Session, and 3 tracks from the upcoming release of 'No Place To Run' by UFO, and songs from KISS, Tom Petty, Joe Walsh, Motorhead, Rolling Stones amongst others, and, of course, The Friday Night Connection.

• 1015pm: Come back to me for a classic live playout.
