Good morning Blues Brothers and Sisters. The question is - what shall we start off with for the first two shows of 2019? Well, we did the albums of 2018 for the last show of last year so why not start off this year with two weeks of the Blues and Blues-Rock artists to watch out for THIS year?

I am splitting it over two shows as there are far too many to do it justice in 3 hours. There will be tracks from old faves like Joe Bonamassa, King King, Danny Bryant, Wily Bo Walker, Beth Hart, Ben Poole, Sari Schorr, Chantel McGregor etc., all building on their album and gig sucesses of last year. Some of the relative newbies such as Smokey's King Shufflers, Voodoo Sheiks, The Achievers, Rainbreakers, Travellin' Blues Kings and Xander & The Peace Pirates etc. And some of those introduced to the show last year such as Ms Zeno, Antony Gomes, Larkin Poe, D.C. Blues, Rachel Coba etc. Let's set the stall out for a cracking year of Blues!
