This week on the DBRS, we are having the 2nd half of Doc's Festival of Blues with tracks from Split Whiskers, Ryan McGarvey, Lewis Hamilton, Stephen Dale Pettit, Eric Gales, Ana Popovic, Lucky Peterson and many more. We will also be having a maxi-feature on 'The Blues'd Up Songs of Bob Dylan, - with covers of many of his great songs done by blues artistes such as Joe Cocker, Aynsley Lister, Johnny Winter, Susan Tedeschi, Eric Clapton, Gregg Allman, Walter Trout and many more. Thanks to Derek Pettit for the awesome suggestion for this feature.
Hope to see you at 7pm on Monday!

I must say that I am not a big Bob Dylan fan ......but I must admit he can write some damn fine songs ........ if performed by other artists! I came across the Blues'd up Songs of Bob Dylan and it got me thinking of others that I have heard or seen performed live ........ I was amazed how many there are.!! I hope you enjoy the ones selected
There is one version of All Along the Watchtower that is brilliant but probably too long for a radio show .........Jan Ackerman of Focus fame.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MopKX1FHtko enjoy when you have 15mins to spare
Kicking us off at 7pm , we have the wonderful Northsyde with Hard Shoes!
A hard working support band in many a blues festival out there! Don't forget, you heard them here FIRST! LOL .
