This week we are broadcasting on MONDAY at Midday, as I have an hospital appointment on Tuesday afternoon. So, in this weeks show we will have a 'feelgood factor' with all the tracks having an upbeat theme to give us the happiest tunes and most cheerful melodies. So expect Beethoven, Mozart, Prokofiev, Holst, Grieg, Copland and more.

Aftermoon all. See you all in the shows.
Brilliant show as always this afternoon Sir, loved the music and entertainment Doc.

Goodbye Ladies and gentlemen, look after yourselves.
The first ever track played on Classic FM. Just saying.
Hello and good morning Doc,
I hope you're fine and have had a brilliant weekend.
Keep the music coming Sire.
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I hope you're all well and have had a great weekend.
And to follow that we will have the Overture of Mozart's Marriage of Figaro -an unashamedly joyful piece and one of his best-loved choons!
Kicking us off at Midday, we will be having the opening movement of Prokofiev's Symphony No. 1 (called his 'Classical' Symphony because he used the music of Haydn and Mozart as inspiration and a rough template for the piece.
