The theme of this week is 'Heroes and Villains', so get your capes ready!! There will be all the usual features including Pen's Featured Album, her Movie and Rock Picks, Doc's Ladies, What's Your Style?, Baron's Blockbusters, Rob's Sizzlers, Office Fairy Tales, All That Jazz-Fusion and Pen's Song Of The Week. We will have our usual Classical play-out and this week we have Rossini's William Tell Overture
There will be plenty of rock tracks from the likes of Alter Bridge, Iron Maiden, Thin Lizzy, Coney Hatch, Molly Hatchet, Edguy, Motorhead, Shinedown and Dio. And plenty of blues, soft rock, pop and jazz -fusion from the likes of The Beach Boys, George Michael, Melissa Etheridge, Carolyn Wonderland, Beth Hart, Queen, David Bowie, Bonnie Tyler, Spyro Gyra and Weather Report. And in the Chuckle Challenge we have Peter Sellers & Sophia Loren, The Wurzels and Rik Mayall.

Good afternoon Doc, I'm making an early start today 😁👍.
Good afternoon my fellow drivetimers.
This week we start and finish with The William Tell Overture! At 2 pm it is Mike Oldfield with his excellent version and then at 5.15 (ish) we will finish with Rossini's classical version as performed by Lamoureux Orchestra! Looking forward to playing plenty more heroes (and villains) in between, this afternoon.
