The theme of this week's show (6th August) is 'Dreams', so there will be loads of tracks relating to dreaming and, of course, nightmares. There will be plenty of rock, blues, pop and jazz songs from UFO, Van Halen, Uriah Heep, Asia, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Catley, Aerosmith, Crowded House, Johnny Hates Jazz, etc.
There will be all the usual features including Pen's Featured Album, her Movie and Rock Picks, Doc's Ladies, What's Your Style?, Baron's Blockbusters, Rob's Sizzlers, Office Fairy Tales, All That Jazz-Fusion and Pen's Song Of The Week. In the Classical Play-out, we have the 3rd and 4th movements of Beethoven's wonderful Eroica. The Chuckle Challenge has The Barron Knights, Chas & Dave and The Big Bopper to entertain you.
Hope you can join us at 2 pm on Tuesday, Drivers and Gangsters.
Kicking us off at 2 pm we have the mighty Uriah Heep with Dreams to start off this week's theme of 'Dreams and Nightmares'. Plenty of other great choons and the usual madness that is Drive With Doc and the Gang. Last one before a 2 week break, so why not come and join us.
Welcome Cinders (and Steve, in Dover). x
Good afternoon Peeps XX and Steve.
We couldn't really have a show about 'Dreams' without Asia's Wildest Dreams, could we?
