Brilliant tribute Darren, I have nothing but awe for all military personnel.
I have a tear in my eyes thinking of my friend who we lost 6 years ago today, he was a soldier who served in Bosnia in the 1990s Balkans war and he never forgot what he saw there.
It is wonderful to see charities like Help For Heroes who help and support our armed forces personnel when they leave.
