Yep, its a Valentines Special this week so, obviously, the theme of the week is 'Love'. There will be all the usual features including Pen's Featured album, her Movie and Rock Picks, Doc's Ladies, Doc's PoP, What's Your Style?, Baron's Blockbusters, Rob's Sizzlers, Office Fairy Tales and the Chuckle Challenge. Plus I have managed to squeeze in a All That Jazz slot.
We have some Rock in the shapes of Def Leppard, White Lion, Whitesnake, Air Race, Gotthard, Kiss, Van Halen and Avantasia. Some softer rock, blues and pop with The Beatles, Joan Armatrading, Elvis Costello, Bruno Mars, Dana Fuchs, Alison Kraus, Alison Moyet etc. We will have our usual Classical play-out and this week we have Tchaikovsky’s Love Theme from Romeo and Juliet.
Hope you can join myself and the gang at 2 pm on Thursday.
