On the show this week:

• Album on the WEEK: Counting down to BRS500, Album of the Week returns counting down to my Number 1 All Time Favourite Album. So this week it will be Number 30 in my all-time favourite albums chart, but which album is it? I'll give you a clue: It's by a 3 piece band, but probably NOT the one you are thinking of! Now, if that doesn't give it away, nothing will!

• Rock Blitz: 5 songs back to back, no interruptions, all singalonga: This week it's ONE HIT WONDERS & SHOULD HAVE BEEN BIGGER III, but WHO are they and what songs will they be performing?

• TIMETRAX: We count down from albums Number 40 to 31 in the lead up to introducing the album that breaks into the Top 30!

• Live at the BRS: 3 live songs from to finish the show. This week we will have KISS, Pat Benatar & MSG.
